Indhi Emmanuel – Founder
Indhi has had a diverse career spanning nearly 30 years in Australia and Sri Lanka in the public and private sectors, covering engineering, project financing, merchant banking, public policy, program administration, financial management and accountability, and general management.
He has particular interest in tertiary education, having held middle and senior management roles in Australian Government agencies over a decade with significant experience in higher education policy development and advice, institutional and student financing frameworks, quality assurance and regulation, and financial accountability and reporting.
Prior to founding the consulting practice, Indhi held the position of Chief Operating Officer at the Tertiary Education Quality and Standards Agency for 3 years contributing substantially to its establishment and ongoing operations. Prior to that Indhi was the Company Secretary and General Manager (Corporate) of Australian Learning and Teaching Council, and a Director in the Higher Education (5 years) and Student Income Support (3 years) Groups at the Australian Government Department of Education.
Indhi has a bachelor’s degree (honours) in chemical/mechanical engineering and masters degrees in accounting and in business administration. He is a member of CPA Australia and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
